On-Chain recognizes that any effort in DeFi is technically intensive by nature. We will seek to create a strong interdisciplinary team with expertise in financial risk, technical delivery, advanced data analytics, and in-depth blockchain knowledge.

On-Chain expects to take advantage of the additional information that is available on the blockchain for deeper liquidity analysis, to gain a competitive understanding of participant behaviors.

Data intensive approaches are expected to allow us to address risks and generate revenue. We will incorporate non-DeFi information such as CeFi exchanges, and will deploy Big Data infrastructure and analytics appropriate to process rich sets of data at speed.

A unified and well tested set of capabilities will support multiple strategies, maximizing team efficiency and strategy scope.  We believe that this approach is essential for DeFi, which has little to no baseline support for financial services and where financial protocols are highly diverse.

Robust monitoring and alerting capabilities are intended to address DeFi-specific risks as well as traditional finance risks.
